From within a once-abandoned warehouse at Granger Bay, the Grand Café & Beach Bar has been created on a stretch of white sand – its Cape Town meets St Tropez!
Its shabby chic with a difference. A 15m long white bar with cupid detail in the main dining area accompanied by a glittering chandelier suspended over the 12 seater dining room table, this is eclectic fusion of international and local cultures, café ambiance and fun beach elegance. Outside, the 46m main deck spills out onto the beach where sun-seekers can laze on Indian day beds, order from the beach bar, while two round sea water pools have been installed along with fresh water outside showers.
Expect a bistro-styled menu for both lunch and dinner, serving up old and new classics combining a new-world fusion of beach café cuisine. The wine list includes local sparkling wine & French champagne at most attractive prices. Welcome summer!
